Kangsheng Group came into being in Hong Kong in 1995, initially engaged in distribution business of furniture. In 1996, it established the first domestic factory named Kangsheng Furniture Factory with area about 1,000 m2. In the first few years the company concentrated on manufacture of glass and metal furniture. With the time going, this small scale workshop factory has grown up into leading enterprise of metal furniture manufacture in China. In December of 1999, the second factory locating in Baiyun District of Guangzhou City was established and put into production. The area is increased to 30,000 m2 and sorts of product more than 200. It starts the manufacture of upholstery furniture. In February 2005, the new manufactory base with beautiful surroundings covers 180,000 m2 was put into production. It consists of three production departments---Metal Furniture, Upholstery Furniture and Wooden Furniture. We can assert that its productivity is among the top standings in the furniture line worldwide.
